All our villas are owned wholly by us or by our booking partners, individuals who are extremely sophisticated and seasoned and they often lodge in during their visits. These villas have been decorated with a lot of passion and contain valuables with high sentimental and financial significance to the proprietors. Kindly do not exploit the property or anything belonging to it during your stay.
Reservation Policy:
• Please provide complete clarity on the total number of guests beforehand to avoid any kind of inconvenience/confusion at the time of check-in.
• The Nirvana Serenity Villas has the sole right to evict any guest if the house rules/policies aren’t followed or if any inconvenience/harm is caused to the premises or to the team at The Nirvana Serenity Villas.
• Unanticipated guests are not desired/appreciated at the property so please refrain from bringing them over as the same is not acceptable.
• In case of damage, the cost of repairs/replacements will be incurred by you at the property itself during your stay or prior to the checkout as assessed by the owner.
• You will not be able to play loud music beyond 10 PM at some of our properties. Please check with the reservations team beforehand about any such property-specific rules before you complete your booking.
• Drugs, prostitution, and other illegal activities are strictly prohibited and any indulgence in the same will be reported to the authorities immediately.
• We are not comfortable housing pets. Please avoid bringing them along. Any requests involving pets must be given beforehand to avoid any last-minute cancellations/hassles.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and is only allowed in the outside area. Violation of the same can lead to immediate eviction.
• The Nirvana Serenity Villas possesses the right to refuse/revoke bookings at their sole discretion.
